First Day Back!

The halls of St. Mary School are filled with energy once again! We were delighted to welcome our students back for the first day of the 2026–2027 school year on August 19th, and to begin another year of learning, growing, and living our faith together.

Our first day began with something at the heart of who we are as a Catholic school: Holy Mass. Gathering together around the altar was a beautiful reminder that our faith is not simply one part of a St. Mary education. It is the foundation for everything we do.

As we begin this new school year, we are guided by our theme from Philippians 4:8:

“Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious…think about these things.”

These words give our students and our entire school community a beautiful goal for the year ahead: to seek truth, choose goodness, and reflect beauty.

We pray that our classrooms will be places where students grow in wisdom, our friendships will be rooted in kindness and virtue, and our daily work will help each child become the person God is calling them to be.
