William Street in Delaware.  It is easily accessible from anywhere in Central Ohio.  From I-70 to I-270 go north on US 23.  Follow US 23 N to ramp US 36/Sandusky Street/East William Street.  Turn left (west) onto William Street.  Go one block to 82 E. William Street.
