Parish Organizations: RENEW: Small Church Communities
St. Mary Small Christian Communities welcome all to join us for RENEW Season V starting October 4 and continuing for 6 weeks. We will share our understanding of Jesus' mission of saving love and challenge each other to put our love and service into action. Please call Cindy WIlliams (740) 369-0012 to sign up for a convenient time. Currently, we have 200 parishioners meeting in 18 homes once a week!
Sr. Maureen returns for a leadership workshop for all intered RENEW participants on Aug. 26th in Kavanagh Hall from 7-9 pm. Please come for an interactive program focusing on putting our faith into action with our faith community.
A RENEW Mass of Thanksgiving is planned for Nov. 14 to thank God and each other for RENEW at St. Mary. We hope to follow with a RENEW Share Dinner to celebrate our experience of RENEW and finish RENEW in style.
RENEW ill then be over - but Small Christian Communities will continue! A Day Retreat for SCC development is planned for January to energize, empower and create plans for Lent 2010!
